1. Who processes refunds

DramaPartner is the seller and decides refund requests under this policy and applicable law. Stripe securely processes charges and approved full or partial refunds. DramaPartner does not ask you to send card details and does not issue refunds outside the original Stripe payment record.

2. Canceling a subscription

You may cancel through the Stripe-hosted customer portal from your DramaPartner Credits or Account page. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves access available until the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancellation by itself does not refund an earlier charge.

3. Requesting a refund

Submit a request promptly, preferably within 14 days of the relevant initial purchase or renewal. Contact zhukun6150909@gmail.com and provide the account email, charge date, and Stripe receipt or invoice number.

4. How requests are assessed

A full or partial refund may be appropriate where:

  • you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount;
  • the purchased access or credits were not provisioned;
  • a verified technical failure materially prevented use of the paid service;
  • the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent; or
  • applicable consumer law requires a refund or withdrawal right.

A refund is not automatic merely because output clips require editing, a social platform rejects a post, results receive fewer views than expected, you forgot to cancel before renewal, or you changed your mind after substantially using the service. DramaPartner reviews requests based on service usage, payment rules, fraud controls, and applicable law.

5. After a refund

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank or card processing times vary. We may remove unused credits or paid access associated with a refunded transaction and may restrict accounts involved in refund abuse or fraudulent chargebacks. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

6. Regional consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live. In some jurisdictions, digital services supplied immediately may affect a statutory withdrawal right after you consent to and begin using the service. Payment-network and Stripe terms also apply to payment processing.
