DramaPartner needs account information and the videos you choose to upload to create clips. Stripe handles payment details. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded media for advertising.

1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the DramaPartner automatic short-drama clip maker at dramapartner.com/app, DramaPartner accounts, transactional email, billing features, and the creator guides on dramapartner.com. ReelShort and RS Boost are third-party platforms with their own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, password hash, account plan, credit balance, and account timestamps.
- Uploaded content: videos you submit, output clips, file metadata, selected language, clip length, output count, and processing status.
- Billing data: Stripe customer, subscription, product, price, Checkout Session, invoice, and payment identifiers and statuses. Stripe receives and processes your full payment details; DramaPartner does not receive full card numbers.
- Security and technical data: IP address, request logs, browser information, pages viewed, referral source, general location, authentication tokens, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification results used to operate and protect the service.
- Guide requests: email address and preferred language when you request an optional RS Boost invitation email.
3. How we use information
- Create, operate, troubleshoot, and secure your account.
- Upload, analyze, cut, and deliver the clips you request.
- Track credits and provide task history.
- Process subscriptions and synchronize billing status.
- Send password resets, task completion notices, receipts, and requested guide emails.
- Prevent spam, fraud, unauthorized access, and service abuse.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and payment obligations.
4. Service providers and international processing
We use service providers only where needed to run DramaPartner. These include Stripe for checkout and subscription management, Tencent Cloud COS and MPS for video upload, highlight extraction and narration, Baidu Intelligent Cloud VOD for legacy highlight tasks, Cloudflare for DNS and abuse protection, Tencent Cloud email services for transactional messages, and AWS S3 and CloudFront for static website delivery. Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and product actions such as completed registration, starting a clip task, and opening checkout. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. Each provider processes information under its own terms and security controls.
5. Storage and retention
Source videos and output clips are normally retained for up to seven days so you can finish processing and download results; they may be removed earlier for security, legal, or operational reasons. Account, job, credit-ledger, and billing records are retained while needed to provide the service, maintain transaction history, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Password-reset links expire after 30 minutes.
6. Cookies and local storage
The app stores an authentication token in browser local storage so you can remain signed in. Stripe Checkout and Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies required for payments, fraud prevention, and human verification. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies to distinguish visits and measure aggregate site usage. We do not send email addresses, uploaded file names, or full payment details to Analytics, and do not use Analytics to build third-party advertising profiles.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with the service providers above, when you direct us to, to investigate misuse, or where required to comply with law, protect users, or defend legal rights. If the service is reorganized or transferred, relevant records may transfer subject to this policy and applicable law.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain uses. You may cancel a subscription through the Stripe-hosted customer portal. Some billing and security records must be retained even after an account deletion request. Contact us from the email attached to your account so we can verify the request.
9. Security and age limit
We use access controls, hashed passwords, signed sessions, human verification, and restricted production credentials. No system is completely secure, so do not upload material that you do not need the service to process. DramaPartner is intended for users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
