1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of DramaPartner, including the automatic clip maker, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and creator guides. By creating an account, uploading content, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy and Refund Policies. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.

2. What DramaPartner provides

DramaPartner analyzes uploaded video and produces short promotional clips using automated services. You choose the target duration and number of outputs. Results, processing time, availability, and suitability are not guaranteed; you are responsible for reviewing a clip before publishing it. Creator guides, including ReelShort and RS Boost material, are optional independent educational content and are not operated or endorsed by those platforms.

3. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate information and keep your password private.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
  • Do not share, resell, automate access to, or probe the service.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

4. Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant DramaPartner and its processing providers a limited license to host, copy, analyze, transform, and deliver that content only as needed to operate and secure the service. You confirm that you own the content or have all permissions required to upload, edit, and publish it.

You must not upload or use the service for content that:

  • infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • is illegal, exploitative, deceptive, or contains child sexual abuse material;
  • contains malware or attempts to disrupt or bypass service controls;
  • is used for impersonation, harassment, fraud, or misleading advertising.

5. Automated processing and published results

Highlight detection and cutting are automated and may miss context, select an unsuitable scene, or generate an imperfect crop. Outputs are tools for your review, not legal, editorial, platform-compliance, or income advice. You remain responsible for captions, disclosures, rights clearance, and compliance with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, ReelShort, RS Boost, and any other publication platform.

6. Credits, subscriptions, and payment

  • One successfully requested output normally consumes one credit; failed generation attempts are automatically returned when the system records a failure.
  • Credits are a service allowance, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold.
  • Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The checkout shows the exact localized total, billing period, currency, and applicable tax before purchase.
  • Annual plans currently provision twelve months of plan credits after the annual transaction completes.
  • Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes payment, taxes, receipts, refunds, and billing support under its buyer terms.
  • You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation from the Paddle customer portal available in your DramaPartner account.

Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not automatically refund the current period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy and is subject to mandatory consumer law and Paddle’s buyer terms.

7. Availability, retention, and changes

We may update models, providers, limits, formats, prices, or features; perform maintenance; or suspend processing needed to protect the service. Uploaded and generated media is temporary and normally retained for up to seven days. Download outputs promptly. Material subscription price changes apply as shown in checkout or communicated before renewal where required.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful content, infringement, security abuse, repeated platform misuse, or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions concerning ownership, payment, disclaimers, disputes, and liability survive termination where their nature requires it.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that any clip will be accepted by a social platform, attract views, generate revenue, or remain available after its retention period. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DramaPartner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for claims arising from content you lacked permission to use. Our aggregate liability relating to the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for DramaPartner during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.

11. Contact and updates

Contact hello@dramapartner.com with service questions. We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated through the service or email.
