Before you upload
Can I translate a video without cutting it or changing its voice?
Yes. Subtitle mode keeps the original footage, sound and duration and burns original-language or translated dialogue subtitles into one video. It does not dub audio or remove existing captions. Translation costs 1 credit per 3 input minutes; original-language captions cost 1 per 5 minutes, rounded up per video. A 45-minute translation costs 15 credits. We impose no subtitle duration cap; files can be up to 5 GiB. Provider limits still apply, and longer videos take longer to process.
What does the short drama clip maker do?
It analyzes the picture and dialogue in an episode, then either creates alternative highlight edits or retells the story as an AI-narrated recap.
What is an AI narrated recap?
DramaPartner understands the plot, writes a compact retelling, adds an English or Chinese AI voice with matching captions, and edits the video around the narration.
How long are the clips?
AI narration offers 30, 45 or 60-second targets; the actual result can vary. Highlight clips use 20–30, 30–45 or 45–60-second ranges. Narration accepts source videos up to 10 minutes.
Can I use videos from platforms other than RS Boost?
Yes. The tool is built for short-drama footage you have permission to edit, regardless of where you obtained it.
Do I need editing experience?
No. You upload a video, choose length and output count, and download the results. There is no timeline to learn.
